TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRIVATE EXPERIENCE
1. SUBJECT MATTER
The present document regulate the terms and conditions applicable to the "Private Weekend Experience" Campaign (hereinafter the "Campaign") promoted by Novo Banco, S.A., with registered offices at Campus do Novobanco, Avenida Doutor Mário Soares, Taguspark, Edifício 1, 2740-119 Porto Salvo, single corporate entity and TIN 513204016, with a share capital of €2,245,000,000.00 (hereinafter "novobanco") in partnership with TLC MARKETING Worldwide Portugal, LDA, registered office at Av. D. João II, Edifício D. João II, n.º 46, 2.º A, 1990-095 Lisboa, with the single corporate entity and TIN 508564204 (hereinafter "TLC Worldwide").
2. ACCESS CONDITIONS
2.1. The Campaign is designed to reward the opening of new Private accounts by Top Affluent Customers (hereinafter the "Participant") during the Campaign period. In accordance with the criteria set out in 2.3., each eligible Participant will receive, via their account manager, a Welcome Box with an access code to the Campaign website which will entitle them to take advantage of the offer set out in clause 4.
2.2. To benefit from the offer, the Participant must access the Campaign website and register by entering the access code included in their Welcome Box.
2.3. The offer depends on the following conditions:
a) Opening a new Private account during the Campaign period, as defined in the following point;
b) Existence of an active and valid current account (DO) on the date the offer is duly granted;
c) The prior notice period for any request for current account (DO) closure has not expired.
3. CAMPAIGN DURATION
3.1. The Campaign will run from 9am on 03/11/2025 to 11.59pm on 03/05/2026 (hereinafter the "Campaign period").
3.2. Registration on the Campaign website may be carried out by the Participant between 09:00 on 03/11/2025 and 23:59 on 03/06/2026 (hereinafter the "participation period").
3.3. Upon successful completion of registration on the Campaign website, the Participant will be able to take advantage of the offer until 03/08/2026 (hereinafter the "redemption period").
3.4. Any registrations made outside the participation period will not be considered valid and the Participant will not be able to take advantage of the offer.
4. CAMPAIGN OFFER
4.1. The following offer will be awarded within the scope of this Campaign:
a) 2 (two) nights in a hotel for 2 (two) people: a two-night stay for two people in 4 or 5-star hotels in Portugal;
b) 2 (two) experiences for 2 (two) people: such as wine tasting, horse riding, body treatments, therapeutic massages, spa access, yoga, etc.
4.2. The offer is personal and non-transferable, has no monetary value and cannot be sold, given away, exchanged, replaced, returned or redeemed for cash or replaced with another offer, product or service.
4.3. The marking of the offer is managed by TLC Worldwide through the website developed, owned and managed by it, accessible at the following address: www.welcometoprivate.com (hereinafter the "website").
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENJOYING A TWO (2) NIGHT STAY IN A HOTEL FOR TWO (2) PEOPLE
5.1. In order to enjoy a stay of 2 (two) nights for 2 (two) people in a hotel, the Participant must access the website, where it can consult the hotel properties available in the Campaign and, within the participation period, fill in the hotel reservation request form.
5.2. On the hotel booking request form, the Participant must indicate 3 (three) date options and 3 (three) hotel property options, which must be different, and the dates must be at least 15 (fifteen) days apart. All booking requests must be made at least 15 (fifteen) days before the intended date of use.
5.3. After submitting the duly completed hotel reservation form, TLC Worldwide will send the Participant a booking proposal by e-mail within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days.
5.4. The Participant has 10 (ten) business days to respond to the booking proposal sent by TLC Worldwide. In the absence of a response within this period, the proposal will be deemed not to have been accepted. In said situation, TLC Worldwide will send a maximum of 3 (three) alternative booking proposals. If the Participant does not accept any of the offers, they will lose the right to take advantage of the offer.
5.5. novobanco and TLC Worldwide do not guarantee the availability of hotel properties on the dates indicated by the Participant on the hotel booking request form, since the booking is subject to the availability of said properties. In the event of unavailability, TLC Worldwide undertakes to present alternatives, both in terms of dates and hotel properties, with the limit referred to in the previous clause. During peak seasons, school holidays, public holidays, as well as long weekends, availability may be limited. Group bookings will not be made for more than 2 (two) people, i.e. TLC Worldwide cannot guarantee a stay for more than 2 (two) people on the same date.
5.6. Once the Participant has confirmed their booking, TLC Worldwide will send written confirmation and the corresponding hotel booking confirmation via e-mail. This proof must be presented at the time of check-in at the hotel property. If the booking confirmation is not presented at check-in, the hotel property may charge the stay at the rack rate. In addition, the hotel property may request identification documentation from the Participant at the time of check-in.
5.7. Once the hotel booking proposal has been accepted in writing, no changes or cancellations will be permitted. In the event of cancellation requested by the Participant or no-show at the hotel property booked, the Participant will lose the right to the offer.
5.8. All additional costs incurred during the stay will be the Participant's responsibility and must be duly paid at the time of check-out, in accordance with the hotel property's payment rules and tariffs. This Campaign does not include travel expenses and/or personal expenses or any other expenses not expressly included in the offer description. The offer does not include the municipal tourist tax due per person per night, which must be paid directly by the Participant to the hotel property at the time of check-out.
5.9. In the event of unforeseen and objectively relevant circumstances, the terms and conditions for using the offer at the available hotel properties may change. In this case, the Participant will be informed at the time of booking and cannot claim any compensation.
5.10. If it wishes, the Participant may ask the Campaign support service for the possibility of adding additional nights and/or people to the booking. In this case, the corresponding costs will be communicated via e-mail and calculated on the basis of the list price plus a service charge.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENJOYING THE 2 (TWO) EXPERIENCES FOR 2 (TWO) PEOPLE
6.1. To take advantage of the offer of 2 (two) experiences for 2 (two) people, the Participant must access the website, where it can consult the available experiences and download the relevant voucher. After receiving the voucher, it must follow the instructions on it and book directly with the establishments included.
6.2. Enjoyment of the experiences presented on the website is limited to 2 (two) experiences per Participant, who may be accompanied by a maximum of 1 (one) person on each experience.
6.3. The establishments included reserve the right to deny access to the experience or cancel it, even after the booking has been made, if the Participant and/or its companion do not meet the medical, physical, health or any other requirements which, at the discretion of the establishment concerned, do not allow the enjoyment of the experience for safety considerations.
6.4. The experience must be enjoyed, without exception, within the redemption period.
6.5. Not all experiences are available in all districts.
6.6. The experiences included in this Campaign are subject to possible periodic modifications during the redemption period.
6.7. Complaints received after the redemption period or relating to the submission of a booking after the established deadlines will not be considered.
6.8. Once the booking has been confirmed with the property, it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, if the Participant is unable to attend on the agreed date and time for duly justified reasons, the latter must contact the property as soon as possible and request a date change, provided that the request is made within the time limits defined in the respective establishment's changes and cancellations policy.
6.9. If the Participant no-shows at the collaborating establishment on the agreed date and time, the experience will be considered to have been enjoyed and the Participant will lose the right to enjoy the experience and to receive any kind of compensation.
7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
7.1. TLC Worldwide verifies the registration, manages the available offer and any Participant complaint related to the user registration, being the responsibility of TLC Worldwide the allocation and management of the offer.
7.2. TLC Worldwide, as owner and manager of the website, adopts all appropriate measures to prevent any conduct that may be fraudulent or violate its regulations of use. Violation of the rules may lead to the loss of all rights to the offer that the Participant may have obtained.

Customer service will be available on business days from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (call to the national landline network). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, national public holidays and local public holidays in the city of Lisbon.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. Any access code sent to the Participant will be considered as the bearer's title. Its loss, destruction or illegibility, for whatever reason, will not confer the right to a replacement, and TLC Worldwide cannot be held responsible in said situations.
9.2. novobanco and TLC Worldwide shall not be liable for any incidents arising from the Participant's failure to comply with the booking procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions. Nor will novobanco and TLC Worldwide be liable for damages of any kind which, despite the security measures adopted, may result from the improper use of services and content by the Participant. In particular, TLC Worldwide shall not be liable for situations in which the Participant misuses the identity of third parties.
9.3. novobanco and TLC Worldwide shall not be liable for interruptions or failures in the Internet connection, cable network, electronic communications networks, hardware malfunctions, or any errors in the input, transmission or processing of booking requests, responses or personal data. In the event of such incidents, TLC Worldwide will use its best endeavours to resolve them as quickly as possible.
9.4. If the Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to, among other reasons, unforeseen changes, unauthorised interventions, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of novobanco that compromises or affects the administration, security or proper functioning of this Campaign, novobanco reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Campaign at any time, upon prior notice through the appropriate institutional channels. novobanco may also disqualify any Participant who alters the participation process or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9.5. TLC Worldwide, its agencies and partner companies shall not be liable for any losses, damages or harm, direct or indirect, under the terms of the applicable law, which may result from participation in this Campaign, use of the associated services or acceptance and enjoyment of the offer.
10. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1. The personal data collected by novobanco within the scope of this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other applicable legislation and under the terms of the Information on the Processing of Personal Data provided to the Participant. This information is available at all times on the Privacy page at www.novobanco.pt.
10.2. Whenever there is any doubt about the processing of personal data carried out by novobanco, or the information provided, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted through the following channels:

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
11.1. novobanco and TLC Worldwide reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, whenever deemed necessary. Any such amendments will take effect upon their publication on www.welcometoprivate.com and will apply from the date of publication onward. Changes will not affect any rights that Participants have already acquired prior to that date.
11.2. novobanco and TLC Worldwide also reserve the right to terminate this Campaign at any time before the date referred to in clause 3. Cancellation of the Campaign does not affect the rights acquired by Participants up to that point.
11.3. Participation in the Campaign implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which will be available for consultation at welcometoprivate.com
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1. The present Terms and Conditions are subject to Portuguese law.
12.2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfilment of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lisbon West District Court, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.
