What does the campaign involve?
This campaign rewards the opening of new Private accounts by Top Affluent Customers, by granting a two-night stay in boutique hotels for two people, as well as two experiences of your choice.

How long does the campaign run?
The campaign starts at 00:00 on 3 November 2025 and ends at 23:59 on 3 May 2026, inclusive. The participation window on the promotional site opens at 00:00 on 3 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 3 June 2026. Entries received outside the stated period will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the campaign.
Who can take part in the campaign?
All Top Affluent Customers who open a Private account at novobanco during the campaign period are eligible, provided they hold an active and valid current account (CC) on the date the offer is granted.
There must not be any prior notice underway in relation to a request to close the CC account.
Participation by companies or legal entities is not permitted.
Which products qualify for the campaign?
Participation is permitted by opening new Private accounts by Top Affluent Customers within the campaign period.
What does the campaign offer consist of?
The offer consists of a two-night stay for two people in boutique hotels and two experiences for two people, such as horse riding, boat trips, theatre and live shows, wine tastings, spa and massages, yoga classes, and jeep tours.
Is there any cost to take part?
Participation is free of charge. No additional payment to novobanco or to any establishment is required to take part or obtain the offer, except for travel, personal or other expenses not expressly included in the description of the offer.
How do I access the offer?

May I submit more than one access code?
No. The access code for the campaign may be used only once, both for the hotel form and the experiences form.
Until when can I submit my access code and form on the site?
The hotel and experiences forms can be submitted until 3 June 2026 on the campaign website.
Until when can I redeem the offers?
The deadline to redeem the offers is 3 August 2026. Any attempt to use the offer after this period will be considered invalid and activation will not be possible.

I indicated one accommodation and one experience on the form, but I now want to make changes. Can I?
You may request up to three (3) changes in total; TLC will send up to three (3) proposals. After this limit, you will lose the right to the offer and will not be able to claim. You are advised to confirm your choices before requesting changes.
If something unexpected happens and I cannot use the offer I chose, can I request a new booking to use the offer?
If, for reasons beyond your control and attributable to the place where the reward is to be enjoyed or to the website www.welcometoprivate.com, you are unable to use the reward, you should contact the campaign Support Line as soon as possible at privateexperience@tlcrewards.com or 308 808 733 on business days from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. Call costs depend on your operator’s tariff. Any costs associated with the new booking are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if I do not show up on the scheduled hotel stay or experience date?
Failure to appear on the scheduled date, without prior notice, will be considered as having used the offer and no new booking will be possible.
